One of the many advantages of the Internet is ready access to teaching material and resources.

Although we know that planning is vital to a successful lesson, we don’t always have the time to be as creative and resourceful as we’d like to be.

The good news is that you can find ready-made lesson plans and excellent resources very quickly on the Internet.

But a word of warning! Check the worksheets and the answers carefully before you use them. Kind and generous teachers are willing to share their lessons plans and material, but they are not all mother-tongue English-speakers and errors may creep in. You don’t want to give your students incorrect examples or confusing rules. So make sure you check the material before you start printing.

Of the many sites, some require a subscription, some require you to share your own lesson plans on their site in exchange, but there are many excellent sites which provide resources which you can download for free.
